The short version
This website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. We collect only what we need to arrange your repair, we use it only to contact you about that repair, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.
What we collect
If you use the booking form, we receive your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your pick up address if you request pick up, the mixer model and service you selected, and anything you write in the message box. If you prefer to share nothing through the website, call or text 416-419-3632 instead.
How we use it
To contact you about your repair, arrange pick up or drop off, and quote and complete the work. That is the entire list. We do not send marketing emails and we do not keep a mailing list.
The booking form
The form is processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that receives the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. What they retain and for how long is governed by their privacy policy. If you would rather not use a third-party form service, call or text us instead.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the request data needed to serve pages. We do not add any analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on top of that.
Payment
There is no payment on this website. Repairs are paid in person by cash or e-transfer once the work is done, so no card details or payment information are ever collected here.
Your information
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted after your repair is done, call 416-419-3632 or email mixerfixer.org@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language.
